The Mountain Course is a premier 18-hole championship layout at FLC Quy Nhon Golf Links, a massive 36-hole seaside resort complex located 30 minutes from Quy Nhon town. Designed by Brian Curley of Schmidt-Curley Design, this layout is sculpted into a sand-based, pine-scrub hillside, offering sweeping views of the sea from 16 of its 18 holes. It beautifully contrasts its sister layout, the Nicklaus-designed Ocean Course, by offering a completely distinct aesthetic and strategic trial.

Course Architecture & Strategic Play

• Wind-Resistant Design: To help players navigate the region’s frequent, powerful coastal winds, the course features wide fairways and a unique "mini-fairway" tee design rather than traditional, isolated tee boxes.

• Hazards & Fairways: Centerline hazards are heavily utilized throughout the broad fairways, which seamlessly transition into the green complexes and incorporate the site's natural sand expanses.

• Tactical Focus: The Mountain Course heavily rewards long drives but demands exceptionally precise approach shots. A sharp short game is essential to handle the intricate green contours and avoid frequent three-putts.

Standout Holes & Greens

• Innovative Green Complexes: The oversized greens utilize advanced architectural features, including kick-slopes, backstops, punchbowls, and fall-away lobes.

• Featured Layouts: The par-4 2nd hole stands out with its distinct fall-away green, while the 15th hole introduces an intriguing "half-pipe" dip directly in front of the putting surface.

World-Class Facilities & Service

• Clubhouse Amenities: Supported by a modern clubhouse featuring three restaurants, two bars, VIP locker rooms, and a fully stocked pro shop.

• On-Course Support: Golfers enjoy a 5-star experience complete with a covered driving range, electric carts, on-course rest stations, and professional female caddies.
