Located 35 minutes west of Kanchanaburi off Highway 3229, Mida Golf Club is a regulation par-72 course sprawling across 800 acres. Originally developed as the Lion Hills Golf & Country Club, the property was sold, upgraded, and renamed in 2010.

Course Layout & Playability

True to Kanchanaburi’s reputation, Mida delivers exceptional scenic views, framed by mountains and heavily wooded landscapes.

• The Terrain: Most holes are tree-lined and feature relatively flat fairways.

• The Greens: The putting surfaces have minimal undulation. Because there are very few complex breaks to read, success on the greens comes down to executing straight, accurate putts.

• Skill Level: The forgiving layout makes Mida an excellent choice for family outings and groups of varying skill levels, offering a fun, high-scoring day on the links.

Facilities & Practice Areas

The club provides adequate practice amenities, including a driving range, pitching and chipping areas, and a dedicated practice green. While the clubhouse is quite small by Thai standards, it is fully capable of meeting a golfer's essential needs.

Timing Your Visit

Important Travel Tip: It is highly recommended to avoid visiting Mida between December and February, as the course and resort frequently become congested with large Korean golf tour groups. During the rest of the year, the course remains uncrowded, open, and highly pleasant to play.
